That's me on stage, as frontwoman singer and sax player for my original rock band. I've also worked in musicial theatre, orchestras and as a session musician for all kinds of artists and bands.

I've taught music over the last three decades as an instrument tutor both privately and in schools, and as a vocal coach in stage schools, and I've led courses in songwriting.

I've organized events from musical productions to international tours to residential music retreats. And I've managed artists for over 20 years too, most famously the guitar virtuoso and songwriter Jon Gomm, who is also my husband.

I come from a musical family - my mum and sister are music educators, and my uncle is a classical composer and lecturer. As for me, I love pop, jazz, classical, country, and various non-western styes. And my 9-year-old keeps me up to date with the latest stuff.

I also love yoga, my two cats, and living in Saltaire.
